Every garden room is priced individually based on its size, specification and the options you choose. You can use our calculator to get a guide price, which will be confirmed following your site survey.
Yes. All prices provided by Wisteria include VAT.
No. The calculator provides a guide price based on your selections. Your final price is confirmed after the site visit, once we've assessed your garden, access and requirements.
Yes. Every room is made to order, allowing us to create different sizes and layouts to suit your garden and requirements.
Yes. All Wisteria garden rooms are fully insulated, helping to create a comfortable space that can be used throughout the year.
Yes. There are six laminate colours to choose from as part of the available options.
Yes. Additional electrical requirements can be discussed directly with the electrician during the electrical survey and priced separately.
Our garden rooms are designed to fall within permitted development requirements, subject to the specific circumstances of your property and location. Some areas may have different restrictions, so if you're unsure, we recommend checking with your local council before proceeding.
Our garden rooms finish at just under 2.5 metres in height to help comply with permitted development requirements.
Yes. We can build close to a boundary as long as the garden room does not overhang the boundary. We'll assess access and the available space during the site survey.
Yes. All electrical work is certified, and a full certificate is provided on completion.
We provide a 20-year guarantee on the rubber roof, 10 years on UPVC and 1–2 years on workmanship. All electrical work is also certified.
We'll assess access during the site survey, including how materials and the completed garden room will reach the installation area. This allows us to identify any potential issues before the build begins.
