Investing in a garden room is a big decision, so we believe the process should be as simple and stress-free as possible. From your first enquiry through to installation, we’ll guide you through every stage, keeping you informed and making sure everything is carefully planned.

Site visit and survey
Once you’re happy to explore your options further, we’ll arrange a visit to your property.
Everything is carefully documented, ensuring your garden room is designed and planned correctly from the beginning. A separate electrical survey will also be arranged where required to ensure your electrical installation is fully planned and certified.

Confirm your build
Once your design, specification and plans are agreed, we’ll confirm the details of your build. We pride ourselves on being reliable and keeping our promises. In fact, we’ve never missed a completion date.

STAGE 4
Built and installed
Every Wisteria garden room is made to order in our Hampshire workshop using quality materials before being delivered and installed at your home.
Your base will be prepared ready for installation and our experienced team will complete your build efficiently and professionally. Most projects are finished within one week and never take longer than two. You’re welcome to check in throughout the process and watch your new garden room take shape.
Arrange access
We'll make sure everything is ready for the team to access your garden and begin the installation.
Build the base
Your chosen base is prepared and levelled, creating a solid foundation for the garden room.
Build the frame
The timber frame is constructed, bringing the structure and shape of your garden room together.
Install the electrics
Electrical work is completed by a qualified electrician and certified on completion.
Fit windows & doors
Your chosen windows and doors are installed, bringing natural light and finishing the structure.
Finishing touches
Cladding, internal finishes and remaining fixtures are completed, ready for the final handover.
