Our Story
Wisteria Garden Rooms is part of the South Coast Timber family, a business built on resilience, hard work and a belief in doing things properly.
When the pandemic changed everything, Ian and his family took a leap of faith, investing their savings into timber and building a business from the ground up. What started as a gamble has grown through dedication, quality craftsmanship and the support of loyal customers. Today, we're proud to create bespoke garden rooms across the South Coast, while staying true to the family values that got us here.
It was a risk, but one that changed everything.
What began as South Coast Timber...
It has grown into a successful family-run business built on hard work, quality craftsmanship and the incredible support of our customers. As demand grew, Wisteria Garden Rooms was created to focus on designing and building bespoke garden rooms across Hampshire and the South Coast.
Although the business has grown, our values haven't changed. We believe in doing things properly, being honest with our customers and building garden rooms we'd be proud to have in our own homes. That's why so much of our work comes through recommendations and word of mouth.
We're also proud to support our local community, from building playground equipment for schools to creating memory gardens for families. If we can make a positive difference, we'll always do our best to help.
There aren't many happy stories to come out of the pandemic, but ours is one we're incredibly proud of. We wouldn't be where we are today without the trust and support of our customers and we'll never take that for granted.
