Annexe
A home away from home
Create a comfortable, flexible space for guests, family and everything in between.
A Space for More
When you need more space at home, a garden annexe can provide a comfortable and private place for guests, family members or longer stays.
Designed and built around your requirements, a Wisteria garden room can include the space and features you need to create a welcoming home-away-from-home in your garden. Whether you're creating somewhere for visiting family, a private guest space or simply want more flexibility from your garden, we'll help you make the most of the space available.
Why Choose a Garden
Room as an Annexe?
A garden annexe offers a comfortable, private and flexible space that adapts to the needs of your household.
Give guests
their own space
Give visitors a comfortable place to stay, with a dedicated space that feels separate from the main house.
More privacy
for everyone
A garden annexe creates a little extra independence, giving visitors their own space while keeping the main house as your own.
Designed
around your needs
From the size and layout to windows, doors, finishes and electrical requirements, your room can be tailored to how you plan to use it.
Flexible
for the future
Your needs can change over time. A well-designed garden room can adapt from guest accommodation to a hobby room, home office or another use in the future.
Make Your
Annexe Your Own
Add the finishing touches with a choice of optional upgrades including premium cladding, glazing, flooring and electrical features.
